We guarantee that if your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange provided you follow our easy Return and Exchange Instructions below. We'll even reimburse your shipping costs and send your replacement gifts via ground service at no charge to you.
While we will gladly accept a return or exchange on a
non-personalized item for any reason, understandably a personalized item may only be exchanged or returned for credit if it is deemded defective or damaged during shipping.

Return and Exchange Instructions
You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Write the number on the outside of the shipping box so it can be easily identified. Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
If the original shipping container is damaged, please keep it for a possible claim with the shipper.
We encourage you to properly package and track your return box. Cigarian.com is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit or further damages due to improper return packaging.
Shipping Reimbursements
Cigarian.com will reimburse you for ground shipping costs for authorized returns or exchanges. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Non-personalized merchandise returned for credit does not qualify for shipping reimbursement.
Cigarian.com will pay to ship replacement items via ground service only. Customers requiring rush shipping will be charged.
